What is the recommended water ratio?

It depends on your bottle size.

1 cleaning sheet = 250ml of water.

For the PENYU Aluminium 500ml Bottle, use 2 sheets for standard cleaning power.
Is it safe to use around babies and pets?

Like other household cleaning products, PENYU is gentle on skin when used as directed. Do make sure the cleaned surface is fully dry before your little ones or pets come into contact with it. Avoid contact with eyes.
How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?

🇲🇾 We offer FREE SHIPPING to West Malaysia for orders over RM50.. For East Malaysia, shipping is RM8, with free shipping for orders over RM80.

🇸🇬 For Singapore, shipping is SGD4.80 (RM15), with free shipping for orders over SGD20 (RM65).
